IADOM. It's a sentence, each letter begins a word. It has to do with principles you should have, like being diligent.

IADOM means "It all depends on me." Generally seen in lower case writing, it translates into an idea similar to JFK's "Don't ask what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country."
