I had trouble with flash player.
It would look to start installing but never actually do anything.
It transpired that my machine had some flash related junk on it some how.
I ran the flash uninstalller "uninstall_flash_player.exe" from adobe, then it allowed me to install it correctly.

HTH.

Go to here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

Then click download now.

Various reasons why you may not be able to download/install flash:

1. Your firewall is blocking it. (Check to make sure that it isn't thru the software of your firewall - The Windows firewall won't block it)
2. You do not admin rights to your PC. (log in with a user account with admin rights)
3. Your pop-up blocker may be blocking the software. (temporarly disable your pop-up blocker)

are you unable to download it or are you just not waiting for it to download and install, it will download and install without you seeing it do it, you have to wait for whatever picture it tells you to wait for to show up okay
