i dont have severe acne, just the occasional breakout but my foundation doesnt seem to cover it i can always see redness through my foundation- help me!!
by the way i tried putting concealer on them but it didnt work, plus somebody told me thats for dark circles under the eys only

Sometimes, acne is just too red to really hide. Rather then trying to find a stronger foundation, work on other things to minimize redness.
Clearasil makes an Acne Spot Treatment where you put a bit of gel on the inflamed area and by the end of the day the redness has really minimized.
Also, holding an ice cube onto the area for about 5-10 minutes reduces the size of a pimple.
I'd also suggest placing a dime sized amount of toothpaste on each red pimple at night before bed, in the morning they're hardly even there.

Are you using traditional foundation and concealer? That might be the problem. I would suggest using a mineral makeup (Everyday Minerals is the best!!) for more coverage. I have acne scars and breakouts (sometimes) and this covers very well. You can apply with a kabuki brush or sponge for more coverage. If I have a particularly hard time covering an area, I'll dip my fingertip right into the powder and dot it on my trouble spot. And it's gone!

its not the foundation its ur skin u put ur make-up on to maybe your using a cream thats to rich for your skin that can cause foundation to 'slide off' the skin you need to work out what your using and maybe stop using so much cream at night or in the day or maybe your using to many at once and its making ur skin oily you just need to work out what your doing wrong.But really you should leave the air get at your skin when u have a breakout

dont you will make the brake out worse use some cleaser and natural supplements to cover the zit up not just any cover up

laura mercier secret camoflage.
dab it on with moistened fingertips, and do it like 3 times very lightly till the pimple is covered.
then dust it with a little powder to set.
voila!! a flawless face.

try cover girl concealer the liquid is the best because you have control on where it goes and how much... its easier to spread

TRY A CREAM CONCEALOR OR LiQUID CONCEALOR THEN PUT SOME POWDER ON TOP OF iT .
