It's cuz theyre jealous, all of them. They can't accept the fact hat Buffalo has the best team in the NHL. During the holdout, wihle other teams were sitting aorund doing nothing, Buffalowas making deals and signing players to build their team aorudn the new rules. Now in the 06-07, Buffalo is all aobut speed and agility which is wat the new rules require. People gtta stop being jealous and face reality, the 06-07 Sabres are for real.

At this stage in the season why not question their skills?? I have been a Sabres fan ever since I was a little kid....well, that's a lot of years. I love the Sabres, I think it is great to see them play the way they are right now. But c'mon folks.....let's do a little reality check here. All it takes is one game to swing this around and the whole season can change. A lot of you Sabres fans may not like what i have just said, but it is the truth. I stand behind them win or lose, but to talk about Stanley Cup right now is crazy.....too early yet.
Now John.....you have such a hard on for Sabres fans. It is completely unfounded. You have put the Sabres fans in the same category as the Leaf's fans which I think is ridiculous. You don't think every city has fans like that? Amazing how you can lump everyone into one category. I guess Philly doesn't have any fans like that, huh? So....if Phily was undefeated, you would stand back and say ho hum? I doubt it. Stop being jealous and jump on the Sabres bandwagonl......this way you can feel like you belong.

Not sure, Buffalo is a force to reckoned with, no doubt about it. Miller is dripping with skill, Drury is a god among men, they have a strong defense, and a quick offense with stick handling skills to be awed at. I wish my Blues had the skill of the Sabre's. I was rooting for Buffalo last year. I think Buffalo has a shot at the cup for sure. They destroyed Philly and last night handed Montreal their @sses. Critics will eat their words soon enough.

I love the Buffalo team.
I can't stand their fans because they're cocky, arrogant, self-righteous and pretentious.
The minute the Sabres lose a game they'll lose 1/2 their fan-base.

Andy B, nobody was signing players during the lockout. Check your facts.
No one wants to accept the fact that a team without any 'superstars' can be any good.

I accept and respect. Who would have thought this could happen to a bunch of young upstarts? Does anyone even remember Hasek?
Heck.... have to have a hometown team to cheer for.... because the Bills are moving backwards this year. Can they be getting any worse?

cause its only the beginning of the season and it doesn't mean nothing yet. Maple Leafs has record of most wins at the start of the season with 10 and they didn't win the Stanley cup so don't get your hopes up just yet, you getting a little cocky.

it doesn't matter what they think as long as the streak keeps on going and we finally get the championship the city deserves. I try to watch every game and it is an unbeleivable experience to watch a team that is this good. they are SCARY GOOD!

i know all of my friends are like "why is buffalo doing so good?"
they have good offense, talented deffense, an awesome young goalie, and a coach who knows what he is doing
