I am a season ticket holder for many teams and I use stubhub often to sell. Let me tell you they are the best thing going for both the buyer and the seller. From your perspective, I once listed a game that I had already sold to a friend. OOPS! Someone bought it on stubhub (from me). Not only did stubhub give me a tongue-lashing, they charged my credit card for two identical tickets on their site and sent them to the buyer. This is how they offer a 100% ticket guarantee. They are the only one in the business to do it, and they stand by their word. Don't mess with ebay and the other ticket sites. No one can rival what stubhub has created.

I got my ticket for last year's AFC championship game (in Denver) from RazorGator. I wasn't entirely happy with the transaction - my order wasn't filled "live" (meaning that the ticket/seat location I chose wasn't necessarily available at the exact moment I chose it, or if it was, it wasn't necessarily taken out of inventory and put in my cart) and I didn't get the exact seat location I thought I would. I chose something inside the 40-yard line (14th row), and nearly choked when I opened the envelope and found a ticket for a seat in a section just barely inside the 20 (though the ticket did move me up to the 12th row, I was still furious).
I had no recourse since the order form didn't list the exact ticket location I had chosen. And RG considered the seat they did give me comparable to the one I had chosen (it only would have been a downgrade had it been outside the 20's).
Read all the disclaimers, etc. at StubHub very carefully. I'm sure most of these ticket brokers have basically the same policies, so be aware that you might be in for what certainly feels like a bait-and-switcheroo.
BTW, I wouldn't refuse to use a ticket broker again if something came up. I would just make sure I was better informed before I did anything, and wouldn't trust ANYTHING that ANYBODY said about ANYTHING until I had the ticket(s) in my hand!
Good luck!

I have used StubHub.com to order Cubs, Cardinals tix and was very satisfied. Try to get a picture of where your seat is so you steer clear of obstructions. They arrived on time and had not one problem. Go ahead and try them!

Make sure the site is legit and if possible, depending on what type of tickets, pay the $4-$5 extra to "Print-N-Go" or "Print It Now". Some sites now have that option just to be safe. But as long as the site looks legit then you are good to go.

I used them for football tickets before, good prices and great service. Seats are exactly where they said they would be.

I have used stub hub and it's a good, safe site. Sometimes the tix from fans can be pretty expensive but if you get a good price go for it.
