No, he had polio at age 39 and was partially immobile. Yet, he decided to run and got us out of the depression and guided the country in WWII. Some people just don't like him because he was a democrat I admit he had personal flaws but he actually did some good for this country.

Not from things I have read about him, he was a square shooter. People trusted him enough to elect him 4 times. I don't think if he was all of that, they wouldn't have. I wonder if Rush Limbaugh said something like it today on his show. That sounds familiar.

I think they are nuts... I have been to Warm Springs, Georgia where he was treated for polio. I've seen his leg braces and photographs, and wheelchair that he used.
