I'm married and I'm living with my wife and two sister in laws. My sister in laws are are 17 and 15 years old. My wife's parents are dead (when they were 5 and 3) and so I treat them like my daughters after I married my wife. They call me 'bawa' which means dad in arabic. I like being called that cause I seriously treat them like my daughters.

I'm 31 years old and my wife is 24. We have children. My wife says its sweet of me to let them call me that and for treating them as children. I have been married for six years and they have been living with us for six years. I have another sister in law and brother in law but they are married.

Is it okay for them to call me that?

Not only is it OK but I feel you should be honored to be the figure they look up to and respect. It speaks highly of you to consider them your own kids (even with their ages).

Continue to form a part of their lives and you can all reap the benefits of having the family nucleus relatively untouched.
