At certain temperatures water changes state. Colder tempreratures will result in the dew changing from liquid to solid. Therfore, the result would be ice or frost.

Dependent on the altitude of the saturated air (meaning the the temp has reached it's dew point) the air would create a cloud. Rain then forms, or if this is ground level, dew or fog would form.
