i have been given the or-quad position in deciding can you help please and thank you.

If its the same hours you need to think what you prefer. Having done years of supposed 9-5 and working much longer hours if I was choosing now it would probably be 4 on 4 off - I don't mind about weekends because it is more fun to shop in the week without the crowds. If you have a partner on 9-5 it could get awkward.

It would depend on the 4 on 4 off hours. i used to work 72 hours a week 9pm - 9 am and i loved it. I hate 9 - 5 jobs

9-5 if u do 4 on 4 off you will end up doing sat and sun

HI Chris.
Are you going into the security sector by any chance?
Personally i would opt for the 4 on 4 off option.
It's nice to have days off in the week as opposed to the weekends, that's if you don't mind working weekends

4 on 4 off then at end of shift you could take a 4 day holiday which would mean that you would only work one week in 4.

4 on 4 off defo. Take 1 weeks holiday and you're off for 12 day's!!! take two weeks off and it's 20!!
