I was just wondering how do I use Bare Minerals' Well Rested?

I just ordered Bare Minerals starter package and they have also sent me a powder called well rested. I was just wondering how do I use it. Do I put it on before the foundation? or after?

I have some it's for your eyes, gives you a more awake look. You put under your eyes and between them(that space between the eye and nose). This not only gives you an awke look but also a flirty look 2!

It's for your eyes - kind of a one size fits all eyeshadow, and cover for the circles.
