As long as your doctor hasn't indicated otherwise -- eat & drink up! A milkshake every once in awhile is actually good for you & baby!! You dont ofcourse want to be eating junk food all the time but you can splurge time & time again!

Congrats!!

Are you asking someone to deliver this to your house?? LOL!

Or are you asking if this is a healthy choice for a pregnant woman? Because I think you already know the answer to that!
Neither milkshakes (which have almost no milk in them) nor fries have any nutritional value.

But seriously, if you are eating healthy most of the time and taking your prenatal vitamins, and if you aren't diabetic and haven't gained too much weight, then I don't see why a treat once in a while is bad! Enjoy.

Then again, my sister ate lots of McDonald's french fries and Dairy Queen deserts while pregnant and gained more than 75 pounds in her first pregnancy. But then she admits she really over-indulged through her entire pregnancies.

yep and the milk in tehchocolate milk shake is good for the baby because of the calcium content lol so dont feel guilty about it anyway its ur right as a pregnant woman to eat and drink whatever u want due to cravings and hormones just dont let anybody near ur french fries or milkshake tell them to go away and get there own lol thats also ur right as a pregnant woman lol

This can't possibly be a real question. Seriously?

Yeah, you can. As a matter of fact, just dip the fries in the milkshake.

The salty fries will help you retain water and the chocolate has a small amount of caffeine. If you don't mind a little of either of these things then go for it.

AS long as you do in moderation then you show be fine. Chocolate Milkshakes have calcium so I would say definetly to that.

Unless you have some condition, like gestational diabetes, that would make you not able to handle the sugar in a milkshake, go for it. Try not to overdo the junkfood, however, as they don't have very many nutrients for your baby.

You can't do it every day, of course, but this was one of my favorite treats during my second pregnancy. Once a week or so, I'd go get french fries and a shake and indulge myself.

What you eat and drink, so does your baby. Try and stick to a healthy diet but treats are ok once in a while
