For me, they've all been done: Spiderman, Superman, and even though she wasn't a comic book character initially, Lara Croft.

I would love to see Gambit. I know he is an X.Man but he is my favorite.
As a stand alone character Lady Death, if they could do it within the confines of the current rating system.
