For the headdress, just wear a gold headpiece and glue some beads or fake jewels to it.
Also, apply heavy black liquid eyeliner and some blue shadow to the lids. Use a dark lipstick(red is the best choice).
Wear gold armbands or bangles with some large gold earrings. For the feet just some jeweled sandals will do. As for the clothes, your best bet is to buy a costume from the store.
