Once you go MAC...you never go BAC! So I guess you could call me an MACaholic!
I use both in my home network (built my own PC's) and have used personal computers since I built my Altair in the 70's. I have been supporting both since the late 80's.
Apple products - both software and hardware in - general are far superior in power, better built more reliable than most personal computers I have seen. The IBM's OS/2 & hardware are second, and Dell's hardware third, IMHO. Apple's Tech Support is second to NONE!
And now, the best of both worlds, Apple OSX is the culmination of the MacOS & Unix - a winning combination. OOOHHHHNNNOOOOOO, Mr. Bill!

Apple! When I was once forced to use a PC at work, I ended up wasting way too much time trying to figure out how to do what was so simple on my Mac. I finally gave up, fought back, and have been productive again ever since, happily on Macs.
And it doesn't matter how many more programs are on PC's--I always have what I need on a Mac. Does anyone use hundreds of programs anyway?

PC, I've got 3 pentiums running various tasks 24/7 and never had a crash only a virus 18 months ago. PC's running 85+ % CPU usage whole day. Willing to give apple a try, but never had the chance. Each one got good and bad points. Bad point for PC is Bill Gates design most of our software (Sorry that's a WORST point) By the way what do you prefer, or is it to decide on what to buy?

For work I prefer Apple's since I'm a graphic designer. They're far more superior then any PC. While at home though I use a PC because I play World of Warcraft. Shh...

Apple, each and every time I have to work with PeeCees its just frustration again and again.
How is it possible in this world to sell such crap and become a billionaire, well,I must admit, smart guy.
But,look at it,how many times we get problems on a Mac,and if we get them they are quite easy to solve.
And then there are viruses, none for Apple,a zillion for PeeCees.
I don't believe people who claim they never have crashes on their PC and running a system with that load for so long I don't believe either,or it must have Linux or similar,no way its windows.
By the way,Vista is even worse!!
Macs can run EXE!!!!(Parallels Desktop)
Macs can run Windows OS(why should we)
And Games which was only for Windows before(Parallels Desktop).
Why need a zillion programs when we can do it all with a few,and much less complicated.

I have been using a PC since I was 8, I am 21 now. I am used to it and I don't want to change to Apple. Most programs are made for PC's and they're easier to use. Apple is more for artistic people and professionals.

If you want actual scientific studies. 95% of computer users use PCs and the other 5% are misc like Apple and Linux. I use a PC because a lot more things are for PC's. Macs on the other hand have the least virus's in comparison to PC's. PC's recently got 114,000 virus's last year. Check out the commercial on http://www.apple.com Mac is the way to go if you want a computer for long term. PC's break down a lot or virus's attack it left and right. Your best choice would be Macs. PC's have more games and things like that avaliable to them but the final decision is up to you. Macs run with a lot of things PC runs with.
