It could mean several things:
1) You want your husband to bring out another side of you during sex. Recommend you try spicing things up.
2) You are fearing losing your husband to someone else
3) Its a dream

Tell your husband about your dream.....with a giggle like it's foolish. Check out his facial response, actions, etc. If he seems uncomfortable, won't look you in the face.......then bam!!!!!!! you got him......dreams are a way sometimes of being told stuff that you may never find out otherwise.

Doesn't mean much. Do spicy foods affect you this way all the time??? Has hubby ever given you a reason to think he's cheated or is cheating? If not, take some Pepcid prior to eating....
