i say buffalo...surprisingly enough i think most will say Green Bay...but the Bills seem to be always snowbound!!...and somehow still lose in their own element!

Great question. I tried looking it up, but I couldn't find anything.
However, I will say Green Bay. Although I think Buffalo gets the craziest weather out of all three, I will say GB because they have more playoff appearances out of all three. More playoffs games mean more games played in snow.
Andy T, cold temperatures do not equal to snow. The question say games in snow, not games with temperature under 34 degrees. It can be 2 degrees outside with clear skies and no precipitation.

I say Buffalo and New England. Every year i see mounds of snow up against stadium walls in the winter months, and snow on the field.

Green Bay. Infact, Favre has/had (I dont know when the article I read was written) a 35-1 record in home games where the temp was under 34 degrees
