how do i download on an unlocked cell phone from another carrier?

the phone is a motorola rocker
it's from cingular and i have t-mobile

I keep hearing people online who have T-Mobile yet no one i know uses them...hmmmm.

Same as any service just get the IP info from TMobile tech support. One of the problems in using an unlocked phone is data access is not very easy to get.

you don't download the code you enter it in the phone you have to purchase it from a unlocking site for GSM phones good luck
