Ok, so I'm a lesbian who recentaly just "came out" and I really like this girl I work with. Only my closest friends know about my sexuality which means that my co-workers don't. We talk everyday and I not sure if she's a lesbian so I'm hesitant about asking if she likes me. How can i tell if she does or if she is even a lesbian or bi at all?

I do flirt with her and it seems that she flirts back but I could just be imagining that...

you need to start a conversation with her and see where it leads. is she currently in a relationship now and find out what she prefers in a relationship. it might help. i would say take your time get to know her better become friends and when the time is right you will have an answer. good luck.

-watch her actions while to see if she is checking out other girls
-just ask she might be mad, but you'll get the right answer
-ask her why her and her old boyfriend broke up if she says what boyfriend or something like that she might be a lesbian or never dated before

wow u should ask her to go out to like a club or to have a drink if u can drink and just talk ask her qusetion hint it but not really saying it and see how it goes thats how i would blay it most girls are bi they just wont say so

Well flirt with her, see how she reacts. You got to go forth with it. Because if you do ask her, and she's straight, she'll get either freaked out by you or offended.
