Where in the country are you located? Climate zone? I seriously doubt that a fruit tree will ever produce fruit in your window sill, how will it get pollentated even if there is enough light and heat for it to produce flowers? How old is your tree? Did you buy it at a nursery or start a cutting? Trees started from seed may never fruit or produce inferior fruit than the parent plant. Pommegranites like sunshine and produce fruit out of doors. I am surprised it is alive indoors!

It should produce fruit soon. It usually takes about 3 years to start producing fruit, so its just a matter of short time until it begins producing it.
