Nothing - these tags are required by Federal law until the mattress is sold - then you can remove.
Also - the next time you buy a mattress, consider leaving the tags on - they contain information about the content and make up of the mattress. If you are thrilled with this particular mattress, you would want to write down the specifics from the tag in order to find another one similar to it when this one finally wears out.

If they come to your house you can always go out the back door and try to give them the old slip cover. If they catch you anyway you'll want a lwyer that takes pillow cases. Just make sure you don't get framed.
