I dont know if this is creative, but I though it was unique, Dress in a white sheet, put a big yellow circle on your belly, either draw it on the sheet, or sew it on, wear horns, What are you? A DEVILED EGG!

I love giggles answer that is great and hilarious I would vote for it!!! But if you don't like that then try something like...bubbles, where a light blue sweat suit then sew or glue something that could resemble bubbles, and walk around blowing bubbles!! Thats fun!!!

I dont know if this will work for you, but the most creative one that I have ever heard of was four guys who all wore really large cardboard boxes and had the letters c-o-c-k on them. They were c-o-c-k blocks lol.

You can wear the traditional little slutty nurse costume, and add your personal touch. Like, you could wear latex lips and knee pads...you could be the "Head" Nurse.
