You could check out ebay I'm sure you could find something there. Otherwise you could make one yourself, just go to a fabric store and purchase some stiff tool and attach it to a wide elastic band. I was a ballerina until I went to college and some costumes the studio made themselves. You can always purchase a tutu from a Ballet supply store online, but those tend to be a bit pricey especially if you are only buying one. Good luck!

It relies upon the place you reside rather!
