Longest fangs- Gaboon Viper
Most dangerous? The fierce snake is the most venomous snake, but it's an Elapid, not a Viper... As are cobras... The most dangerous viper would most likely be the Russell's viper. They are responsible for a majority of fatal bites in their range... Which is densely populated by humans

In terms of fang length, that would be the Gaboon Viper, Bitis gabonica. It can have fangs up to 2" (50mm) long and injects an enormous dose of venom. Ironically, it is also one of the most beautiful snakes in the world, with a pattern like a Persian rug.
"Most dangerous" gets more complicated. How do you define dangerous? The one with the most potent venom? The one that injects its venom most effectively? The one most likely to bite? The one that causes the most human deaths? The answers will all be different.

I ani't too sure about the Clinton answer-- not sure I want to find out about that, either. But, the Gaboon is the correct answer. It is an African snake and a four foot snake can have fangs of 2 inches. It is a very heavy, very sluggish snake, but the strike speed is about 8ft per second.
And, yes it is debatably, the prettiest of all snakes-- shy of the Brazillian Rainbow Boa {my opinion}

Swamp is right, but it is far from the most dangerous.
