It depends on what state you are in. It took my brother a total of 10 years to get his license back. The first ticket was a dui and then he got stoped driving a few times.. It cost him a lot of time and money. In the end it took even one more lawyer that he should not have needed

It is going to be big, the suspended license is one thing but combined w/a open container is going to cause the judge to be very to the letter of the law.
Your insurance is going to go through the roof.
Hope you get an attorneys advice before you go. It would be worth the $50 fee.
