this only happens when i wear underwhere thats why i dont but why does it only pop up at certin places

Try a different brand of UNDERWEAR and maybe use a little powder to cut the chaffing. I have never hear of underwhere - spelling is good,,,,

probably an infected hair folicle and its usually irritated from the rubbing effect of an underwear elastic band or the seam around the legs causing a pimple or boil i dont think its a blister

Maybe you should see your doctor. Where are they popping up, is it where your underwear rub or what? What kind of dark scars, depending on these questions call your doctor and ask them for some answers.
