i want to wear a bikini so badly..but i have a little flab of fat on my belly. its not like the cute flab,its more than that...yet im not like obese, im normal. i just want to get rid of it so i can wear a bikini! is there a way i can waer one and not look fat? or ..somehow?

Look for suits that offer a mesk coverup that covers the problem area. You look trendy and no one will be the wiser. You might also look for suits that built-in tummy support.

Exercise exercise exercise. A bikini is an earned privelege not a right! Oh and by the way doing crunches will only build a layer of muscle under the fat you already have which means that you have to burn the fat off by doing cardio exercises (running, stairmaster, elliptical, etc.) And then crunches!

there was a really cute bathing suit in Delias or Delias.com that was like a bikini only one side of it attatched the top to the bottom. that would probably help. plus its getting colder (in AR, anyways) so youll have plenty of time to work off that extra "flab" before next bikini season!

if u really wanna loose it u can go to the gym and do some stomach excerises for bout 2 weeks or u can go on the internet and find some stomach exercises and do them at home and soon enough the"flab" will go away

I know that sometimes the fat on a womans stomach is the hardest to get rid of. But instead of being upset about it, why don't you try and wear one of those tankini's.
I personally think that they are way cute!!!

Why not wear a higher cut bikini, i.e. one that comes right up to your belly button. They cover more skin. Get one with high cut legs and it will also make your legs look longer and leaner. You don't have to wear a super low bikini.

no dont suck it in do set ups 50 im the morning and 55 at night it will help takeit fom me i have a 4 pack almost a 6 do that im no time you can wear a swim suite and eat healthy some juck but if you do do more sit up and maybe in the morning run around the block or you street

Try Tae Kwon Do. Just working out by itself is boring and people won't stick to it. If you aren't willing to work for a better body, though, just forget about ever wearing it.

If it's really posing a problem do some situps or go for a nice brisk run or walk. firm it up.
but unless it's like *BAM* flab, be proud of your body.

Try the high-cut brief bottoms - that's what I wear to cover a scar.
Get a suit that has alot of Lycra in it - it will help keep your tummy pulled in.
