Yes simple sign in first (or later after searching first) and type what you are looking for in the home page and enter or click search. When the page loads scroll the page down and click in completed items and pick any other options like region eg worldwide and enter or click search. That is how i do my searches.

When you search, look at the column on the left - (where there are options) and go to "ended auctions" or "sold items" (forgot the exact name) ... and you can see what things sold for.

It's in "completed auctions" when you search for the item
