Here are some for you that sound like fun :)

Action Related Activities (Get your guests moving)

1. Pin the diaper on the baby -
using a large posterboard and a magic marker, draw a large picture of a baby. On a separate piece of paper, draw and cut out a picture of a diaper (or bottle, pacifier, rattle, etc) and stick double sided tape on the back. Blindfold your guests and have them try to stick the bottle on the baby's bottom. The person closest to the intended target wins.

2. Baby song musical chairs
Musical chairs, to baby music! You'll need to get a cd/tape of baby music beforehand, and have a tape/cd player handy. Set up less chairs in the middle of the room than you have players, and have them walk in a circle around the chairs while you play the music. Abruptly stop the music and have guests scramble for a seat. Those left standing are out of the game. Remove one chair after each round and award a prize to the last person left in the game.

3. Scavenger hunt
Have guests hunt around for a list of baby items. First person/team to return all the items wins.

4. Bottle drinking races
Have guests race to see who can drink soda/water from a baby bottle the quickest.

5. Baby Pictionary - Draw different baby related, person, place, object, action. Use a giant easel and have guest guess. Kind of like Win Lose or Draw.

Non-Action Related Games (Some will require pens/pencils)

1. Word search
Make your own word search puzzle, print it out and have guests try to solve.

2. Crossword
Make your own crossworld puzzle, print and have guests try to solve.

3. 5 and 10
Give guests 10 seconds to name 5 things in a selected category (such as baby food flavors, baby bath items, things in a diaper bag, things moms tell their kids). To make it more challenging, have a set list of replies on an answer key and only award points when the player's answer matches what you have.

4. Guess who
Instruct guests to bring a baby photo of themselves to the shower. Place all photos in a focal point, such as the coffee table, and have guests try to match each baby photo to the guest they belong to. The winner is the person with most correct guesses.

5. Alphabet name game
Start the game by saying a baby name that starts with A. Have the person next to you continue with a B name, the next person with a C name and so forth. If a player cannot give a name within a couple seconds during their turn, they are out of the game. Keep going until one player remains. This gets tricky after a few rounds, especially with Q, X and Z names!

6. Name scramble
Scramble some popular baby names, and have your guests try to unscramble. Here are some suggestions - Emily - limey, Madison - amsindo, Hailey - yalehi, Kaitlyn - anykilt, Hannah - ahhnna, Sarah - arash, Brianna - bannair, Ashley - halsey, Alexis - saxlie, Abigail - aliabig, Jacob - acjbo, Michael - claimhe, Matthew - themtaw, Joshua - suhaoj, Nicholas - chaosnil, Christopher - choirsperth, Joseph - peshoj, Ethan - thane, Andrew - wander, Daniel - nailed

7. Guess her girth
One of the most popular baby shower games! Make sure you have plenty of toilet paper on hand for this one. Instruct guests to unroll a length of toilet paper (you can use ribbon or other similar item if you feel uncomfortable using toilet paper) that they believe will fit exactly around the waist of mom-to-be. Be warned though, many people overestimate vastly, so if mom is sensitive about her weight, this might not be the best game to try. Prizes awarded to the person who fits their paper exactly, or the closest to actual size of the mother-to-be.

8. Name that mommy
Using real or fictional mothers, have guests try to determine the famous moms using a series of hints. (ex : My son is the President = Barbara Bush. My 3 daughters all had hair of gold, like me = Carol Brady.)

9. I predict
Have guests write down their predictions for things such as baby's birth weight, hair color, first word, future occupation, etc. To make it a humorous game, don't tell the guests what they are choosing, simply ask them to name a color, number, occupation, etc and then fill in the blanks mad lib style.

10. Nursery rhyme trivia
Have guests answer trivia questions about popular nursery rhymes such as "At what time did the mouse run down the clock?" "What did Jack Be Nimble jump over?" and "What kind of pie was Little Jack Horner eating?".

11. Price is right
Have guests try to determine the actual store price of 10-15 baby products. Prize awarded for most correct guesses.

Door Prize/Raffle Games

1. Baby football pool -
Instead of making bets on the point spread of the big game, have your guests bet a dollar on the date, time, birth weight and etc of baby-to-be's birth. After baby is born, the person who guessed correctly can be given a nice prize. Money collected is given to the parents-to-be or used on a gift for them.

2. My water broke -
Fill some ice trays (enough to make one piece of ice per guest, plus extras) up with water, and drop in tiny plastic baby figures Freeze the babies in the water, then at the start of the shower put them into cups of water. Hand a cup to each guest and award a prize to the person whose baby melts or "is born" out of the ice first.

3. Birthday/due date (who's closest) -
Award a prize to the guest whose birthday is closest to the due date of the baby

4. Clothespins game/Don't say baby
Give each guest a clothespin to wear on their clothing during the shower. Instruct each of them that from that point on in the shower, no one is allowed to say the word "baby". During the shower, if a guest overhears another guest saying the word baby, they get to steal the offenders clothespin(s). The person with the most clothespins at the end of the shower wins.

Get a platter and a bunch of babystuff ( that will fit on the platter). Take the platter and arrange the stuff on it and make a list of what you use. Cover it!!

Then you take it around the group of women and don't let them touch and time them. I used about 2 mins.

When everyone has had a chance to look recover it and have them turn over the piece of paper and pen. See who could remember the most!!

OR

Give them 5 clothes pins and whoever crosses their legs looses one and the person who catches them gains one. Who ever has the most at the end wins a small prize..

I hope this helps

type in baby shower games in google and you'll get a ton of games. A fun one is load up a tray with small baby items (spoons, pacifier, bottle, rubber duck, safety pins etc.) and pass the tray around. Then take away the tray and have people try and write down everything they remember on the tray. The person who remembers the most wins!

put cotton balls in a pot and blindfold each person when it is their turn. Then hand them a big spoon to scoop the cotton balls out of the pot. The person with the most cotton balls out wins.

Get a bunch of little bottles with the nipples and fill it about a third of the way up with beer. Who ever finishes first wins.

Get a bunch of diapers and in each diaper put one flavor of baby food and have the guests guess what baby food is in each diaper. Number the diapers and have everyone right down on a piece of paper what they guess. Don't forget to have them all put their names on the paper so that you know who guessed what.

Hang a bunch of clothes pins on a hanger and see who can grap the most off with one hand.

Get toilett paper and have each guest guess how many toilett paper squares measure up to how big the mommas belly is. Each guest tears off the amount of squares they believe go around the moms belly...

If you need more let me know!!

I have always enjoyed the necklace game, where each person gets a necklace when they arrive (mardi gras beads) and they are told if they say the word baby and another guest catches them saying it, they get to take that persons necklace and then the person with the most at the end receives a prize. Very fun!!

scrambled words of baby items, guess the girth...how much toilet paper it takes to reach around the mothers belly, pin clothes pins on everyone, whoever says "baby" looses their pin. The one with the most at the end wins, get a life size baby doll, give everyone a diaper and have them diaper the baby blindfolded. Whoever does it the fastest wins. Congratulations. I have 3 girls myself.
