I had this problem too and it drove me crazy until I finally broke down and went to the doctor. He checked me out and told me that it was just stress. That was about 10 years ago now and my eye still twitches when I get stressed out about something. That's probably what's wrong with you too.

Eye strain from too much reading or computer time. Allergies. A lack of sleep. Dry eye. And then there is the need for glasses. In rare cases neurological problems. I use to work for an eye doctor and these were the main problems that people experienced when their eyes twitched.

More likely its it your nervs, I usually get that w/my eye when i stress out to much. And I am sorry to say, but its really nothing you can do to fix it or doctors for that matter. Our nerv cells never heal, all you can do is just calm down, stop stressing yourself so much, and care for yourself because nothing in this world is more important but OUR HEALTH!

My eye twitches because of lack of sleep and stress. I think lack of sleep creates more stress. I find that when I sleep naked, it goes away. Maybe you should try sleeping naked.
