If he's you ex husband why do you need to know? Financial side of things should have been sorted before he became you ex......unless of course you are still legally bound but living apart, in which case you can't find out but your solictor probably could.

The question should be, Why is he lying?' There is no reason, in an equal relationship, why he finds the need to be secretive about his money. What's he doing with it? Sit him down, say,'This is the bottom line - why? I thought we had an equal relationship. If we haven't then goodbye!'

If you're getting spousal support or child support from him, you have every right to know about it. You can either get a lawyer or take him back to court in which he will have to prove he isn't making any more money than what he previously did.

Get information from your attorney general about how to find out. I'm assuming it is for child support issues. They will be able to look at his W2 and see if you need to file a motion to ammend your child support.

What does it matter to you? If it is because of alimony or child support, let the proper agency or your lawyers know that you want your case reviewed. But if you are not getting either, why do you care, you are divorced.

Contact the social security department, tell them your his wife and want to know what his benefits will be for you and your children, they will print out a report showing money made for the last ten years. Good luck.

Er, tough on. I'm not clued up about maintenance stuff etc but the only way I know of is to get your hands on his P60 or a statement but considering he's your ex this will probably prove difficult.

If it is for child support tell them and they can find out. You could try to get ahold of his check stub. Good luck! The only way I found out is through child support.

Easy. The web can tell what the average salary is in his area for his profession. Just use that number.
