I'm having trouble getting yahoo messenger to show my name when I'm trying to IM one of your customers. HELP!!

Most of the versions I've used have only shown your ID when you PM someone. It's after they add you that they see your name.

This is a security feature so that people always know the unchangeable way someone identifies themselves.

I suggest you have an ID that reflects your name or your company's name.
