Just like we adults do at the stores where they sell them! My 17 month old granddaughter is an Elmo fanatic, even has his portrait hanging on the wall.

The test industry Is what I work in. I do not work with toys but I know the industry and you can believe they test the heck out of it and they test for things you probably wouldn't think of.
