It is all mechanics if you are a right handed QB you want to try to point at your target with the left hand bring this hand downward as you bring the right arm through. This gives you the added momentum to add to distance. Accuracy wise if you release to early the ball will sail on you and go high if you release to late the ball will take a downward path and usually fall short the key is to release in the middle in order to get the right trajectory.

its all in mechanics dude you need to have the proper footwork so that you can step into your throws also you have to keep practicing with your receivers to get your timing down that should help with your accuracy as for arm strength you have to put more muscle into your throws also the way you hold the football determines how your passes come out of your hands but then again how you use your hands determines how you throw the ball try also to throw overhand because if you throw sidearmed your accuracy suffers as well good luck and keep practicing dude

Are you playing Madden on X-Box or Playstation?

You press and hold the receiver button for probably about 2 seconds and then release.

it's all in the wrist...lol or think of the song...put yo back into it. I don't know you better practice some more if you want to go anywhere with football. Then again look at Bledsoe and Romo from the Dallas Cowboys...you're hired we're signing you to Dallas...lol
