Go to the top of your screen, choose Tools, then choose Internet options, then clear your cookies, and under that is a history option. Clear the history and choose how many days worth of sites you want to leave in the history.

at the top of your Internet explorer, go to Tools, Internet options, clear history. And if you want, change how long it saves the history so it will delete them automatically more often. Make sure to empty the trash just in case as well if you don't' want them found easily.

Tools then click INTERNET OPTIONS, click DELETE COOKIES, DELETE FILES, and CLEAR HISTORY....you can then go to the content tab and click on the AUTO COMPLETE button. Click the CLEAR FORMS button and PASSWORDS.
Also uncheck the boxes in there so your comp won't remember that stuff. Back on the GENERAL TAB where deleted history...make the days 0 for the amount next to how many days to keep history
