I think they have to print it on the box if it has been made in a factory that used nut or milk products. If it doesn't state the information call the manufacturer and ask. There is usually a address on the box and you could look it up online. Good Luck

My wife has the same allergy. It sucks and causes me know end of stress trying to protect her from peanuts. Although I cannot answer your question about Jell-o no-bake cheesecakes, because I just don't know, I would like to direct you to a good website for peanut free candy treats. It is the Vermont Nut-Free Chocolate company. Their stuff is delicious and guaranteed to be nut free.

Food companies have an obligation to print potentially allergenic ingredients (peanuts, wheat, etc) on their packaging. If you can't find the package, you could try emailing the Jello company or calling their customer service line.

Look on the box. If you don't have the box, then don't let her eat it. Never let her eat anything that you are not completely sure of the ingredients. Not worth the risk.
