black dress with a shawl. put your hair up. it lengthens your neck. black pumps. black stockings. accent with bracelet and neclace. red lipstick and clutch. if you don't like the black, stick to a solid color.

I agree with the previous post about the gauchos and boots, but on a different note you could also wear a black dress. Something fitted, but not too tight. I would accent with some kind of silver chain belt with the thick heeled shoes not stilettos. I didn't see if you had bangs or not, but if your hair is all one length I would sweep some of your hair from one side to the other to where it looks like you've got the sweeping bangs and then pull you hair up half way and may break out the curling iron just a little, but not too over the top. Accent your look with a nice silver necklace of some kind and either medium silver hoop earrings or some type of silver dangle earrings and a silver watch or bracelet if you have those too.

Semi-formal go with a a knee length dress. Obivous great color is black but you can also go with one with compliments your skin tone. Purple is hot, hot, hot this fall. Since you're a D cup opt for a Vneck and empire waist. Not too deep a cut, though. The empire waist will give a great slimming effect too. Compliment a simple dress with great accessories and you'll be set! Good Luck and have a GREAT TIME!

If it wasn't a formal gathering, I'd suggest wearing nothing.
But since it is, how about a church going dress, of some kind?
No hats. And low heels.

Black Gouchos, Black boots, and a plain white shirt, BUT NOT A T-SHIRT! Make sure the shirt goes down to your waist when you wear it. Wear your hair half-up, so it's out of your face, and still looks nice.
