I have a book that I used when I was going through a tough time understanding both why I was so depressed and why my partner felt he had done everything to convince me he loved me, when I obviously didn't feel it. There was obviously an issue here.

The book is called "The Five Languages of Love" and although it's written from from a Christian perspective (I'm NOT Christian or religious), please don't let this put you off.

If you're not religious you can do yourself a big favour and look beyond the references to religion to see the sense in the stuff he says about the way people communicate love. Believe it or not... not everyone is a Hollywood romance movie-star.

The book is by a Dr Gary Chapman and it's called "The Five Languages of Love".

I really recommend it. It helped me out lots and my boyfriend was glad to see me try to make things better for us (there's a quiz a the end of the book that you can fill in, and your partner, too, if they so wish).

I wish you luck, sweetie. True is always worth working on. You're worth it. :)

It happens unfortunately. Some people just fall out of love. Or they were never in love to begin with. I'm sorry.
