How to change to DMA?

I have DMA changed already for my dvd drive/burner. Do i need to change to DMA anywere else in the system? I have windows ME?

Hey there. I found this info link but I don't have time to read it myself right now but I hope it helps http://www.real-knowledge.com/dma.htm I can tell you that when I had WinME it seems like I had to disable DMA when my cd burner quit working in digital, but I'm still waking up so don't hold me to that...lol good luck :-)
