I tried but I can't find it on their website. Or, if anyone knows how to operate this heater, any advice would be most welcome!

You could look up the number callthem n get there website or even ask them to send out the instructions but in the mean time they should have website get it on there site and print or just read it they should have it.

Any company that does Dimplex spare parts should be able to supply you with an original copy. Dimplex themselves may be able to do so, or put you in contact with a local dealer.

However, I couldn't find any manuals, PDF or otherwise.
They are fairly easy to work - the right hand knob is for the heat level, and the left hand one simply opens and closes the vent at the top to either keep the heat in or let it out for a quick boost of heat.
ISTR that basic instructions are printed on the top.

come on must have an on off button and about 9 different heat settings cant be that hard.
