It demends on the environment that your stuck in. It's generally thought that people can live 3-5 days without water, but that can drastically be reduced in an extreme environment such as a desert.

If water is available people may survive a month or more without food depending on the environment and how much they have t move around.

A person can live without food for quite some time, usually for many weeks. The body will use its fat and protein stores (muscles) to help it survive. If a person has a lot of fat stores (is very heavy), they will live longer than a person who has very little fat (very thin), so how long a person can survive depends a lot of the person. Of course, if you go without food for a few weeks,
you will be very weak since you have been using your own muscles for energy.

Water is a different story. A person will die within 3-4 days without water. The size of the person really doesn't make much difference.

Well, as a nurse I have seen people die from the above and in my anecdotal view people live for about 3 minutes without air, about 4 to 5 days without water and months without food if kept hydrated.

in military survival training, they teach us that a individual that is considered "fit" can live 3-7 days without water, and 30-90 days without food. without water 2-4 days can lead to insanity.

I think its 3 days without water, if you had water but no food it would be longer. Sun light may give you some nutrients, not sure.
