Easy Mac 'n' Cheese "This is very easy and tastes great, I used to make this after school and now my daughter loves it better than the real thing!" INGREDIENTS (Nutrition) 1 cup macaroni 1/2 cup process cheese sauce 2 frankfurters, sliced 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese 1 pinch dried oregano 4 buttery round crackers, crushed DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Heat cheese sauce in microwave, 1 minute. I love cheeses, too. I would choose cheddar, colby jack, swiss or provolone. I think cheese whiz and "american cheese food" are full of just chemicals and taste like toxic waste. Hmm. I am hungry now. Think I'll have a hamburger with cheddar. Bye bye!
