Yes of course! You are not allowed to bring all the props to the theatre though, no rice, lighters or toast but you can bring everything else.
Check the vigins guide and the audience participation guide on the links below.
This is the official UK fanclub, has lots of info: http://www.timewarp.org.uk/
This is a link to the show and has info on the theatres also: http://www.rockyhorror.co.uk/
Only problem is picking the caracter to dress as. Be unique, have fun!

yeah, but don't figure the rice and your favorite costume from some of the character in the movie....
did you know that it is still playing across the country in specially selected theatres every Friday and Saturday night as part of a "midnight" show? In 2005,the movie celebrated a milestone too,the 30th Anniversary of this timeless classic.
We have it here too, where I'm at in North Carolina too, where it is playing every Friday night at the Rialto Theatre in Raleigh at Midnight. Around the week of Halloween, this gets really crazy as basically anything goes...and if you haven't seen
The Rocky Horror Picture Show in the theatres yet,be prepared for an breathtaking experience that you can't get anywhere on cable and on DVD.
Only in theatres at the midnight screening!!!

Don't know where the "Richmond Theatre" is, but YES, I always dress up!
Please don't just do the now popular and lacking any creativity "goth" thing...
Get into the spirit of the Show itself!
Pick a favorite character and do that!
My partner does Eddie! I do Magenta! (I have the hair)
Always call the theatre FIRST to find out if they allow you to bring "props" or if they sell premade props bags. Most theaters now don't allow you to bring your own props.
So call first!

You certainly should but don't be surprised if quite a lot of the audience don't. I'm afraid the good citizens of Richmond and the environs think rather too much of themselves and don't like to make a fool of themselves. Then again, if they don't believe in fun what can you do with them!

Oh yes and get the back seat in the gods. Is it still that long bench seat? Then you can dance and sing the songs
