I been there before, I took some pain reliever and some oragel. I suggest getting to the dentist as soon as possible. Hang in there.

Motrin every 6 hours. Keeps the swelling down
Use orajel PM and try to get into any hole you have in the tooth.
If the tooth looks infected or is swelling the side of your face. Take vitamin c 500 mg two of them 3 to 4 times a day. You can't overdose on Vit. C it will just make you pee. Also go to walmart or a local drug store and get Echinacea complete care tea by celestial seasonings or if you can't find the tea then get Echinacea in pill form. Echinacea works as an antibiotic and with help with the infection. Don't drink anything too hot or too cold. Keep your mouth clean. Don't drink because they will draw the infection and make the tooth worse. Echinacea 3 times a day after meals.

You need to get to the dentist as soon as you can. It will go bad one day until you get them out tho.

I'm not sure! That sure is a sucky situation to be in! Does Ambesol help? Or maybe Advil gel caps for the pain.

I would crunch down on cloves that would give the semblance of an anaesthetic effect. However, I would like to point out that this is only a short term remedy.
