You can expect to pay from $80.00 to $125.00 for the sensor, and somewhere around $45.00 for labor.
NOTE-----> I recommend that you replace the fronts as a pair. The PCM expects to see a balanced signal, and MAY project a failure code if they drift far enough from each other's signal.
If it is the rear (monitor) sensor, it still should be about the same cost zone.
Good Luck

How much should it cost to replace an O2 sensor?
I have a 1997 Mercury Sable that needs a oxygen sensor replaced. About what can I expect to pay for it?

I am having a Rear Oxygen Sensor replaced along with an oil change done for a 1996 Mercury Sable. The total cost is $344.00. Is that too high, or about right in 2016 dollars?

http://www.edmunds.com/car-care/how-to-fix-your-cars-oxygen-sensor.html
In our case, we learned that the faulty O2 sensor was in the rear of the engine and difficult to reach, so the fix seemed above our skill level. Instead, we took the Lexus to Overseas Garage, in Long Beach, California. There, the mechanic told us that the new sensor would cost $117, plus $144 in labor for a total of $261. This was close to the $246 average cost cited by CarMD's Brocoff.

At the dealer, about $100 - $150 for the sensor, and another $60-$80 to replace.

The 02 sensors "function" is to send low voltage signals to your cars "ECM"engine control module. Many 02 sensors are believed to be faulty and replaced, not correcting the problem. The sensor "senses' a rich or lean condition, which could be caused by other problems such as engine intake leaks/emission related issues/tune-up issues,etc.......I recommend a trip to a experienced ASE certified shop for diagnosis.Good luck!
