DWI for sure. That can be chalked up to a bad mistake as a youth. Murder on the other hand is usually premeditated and if a politician is doing it, you better believe he has political motivations for it.

Now if the guy was drunk driving and killed someone. Well, then they just in deep trouble I guess.

DWI. In most cases DWI (first one anyway) is a misdemeanor.

Murder is a felony. A felon can't vote, can one be elected?

well they are both ABOUT the same.
If your drunk behind the wheel you are just as dangerouse, but like Yetti said, I know GOOD people that have DWI's But I don't know any murderers that are GOOD people

But over all
I agree completely with Jaylo, I would rather have a pot head.

DWI...maybe...there are many good people who have gotten a DWI, learned from it. That does not make the bad people....MURDER...hell no...

a DWI because then i would feel a little bit safer than with a politician who i know is capible of killing someone sober
