Holding hands in public doesn't make it anymore romantic than being alone. Its the true u have for each other that makes it romantic.

If it makes you feel good, do it. There is nothing wrong with telling the world that the person you are holding in your hand is special. I also think sending flowers and writing love letters are romantic as well. Romance is an art.

Yes, in a way it is. Me and my wife always hold hands, and even after 10 years, I still feel special when we hold hands.
