For the joy of driving a sporty car a manual id the only way to go, but as I get older and have more things going on the point a go automatics are pretty nice. I have three right now.

I've driven a standard for a few years, but I am less of a threat on the road in an automatic. Me starting up on hills in a standard can be a scary thing for the people around me.

I used to prefer manual transmissions, I like the control they gave me.
But now I've matured into liking automatics. Living in the city and getting stuck in traffic will break anyone of the manual transmission habit!

I only know how to drive an automatic,but at the moment I am learning to drive a manual car,so that I can drive my Mustang that I bought a couple of months ago.
