if you can not remember any of information which yahoo asked during sign up then you should sign up again !
I used to had same problem and yahoo did not helped me although all my infos. except one was correct .

you said your password is stored on your PC . so go on and use a program which shows stored passwords on PCs . (can be found on hack websites)
