Could be something with the kidneys. Could be the start a kidney infection, Try drinking some water and see if it helps. Cause beer dyhydrates you. If it continues to hurt get to a doctor.

Its you kidneys. They are effected by soda, beer, that sort of drink. Water is best to drink when you feel this, it will wash you kidneys out quick. Try to drink about 16 oz of water when this happens. Maybe you might not want to drink as much beer at one time. :o)
