I'm going through a bit of jealousy right now, tips to cope with it?

Don't 'deal with it' - use it to get want you want. Jealousy usually means someone is mis-treating you (or at least not putting your needs or feelings first) - why should you put up with that ?

Jealousy usually means low self-esteem. You need to realize that all things are equal in the end. What appears to be better may have serious consequences. Many very wealthy people who have never known poverty - end up lacking compassion and typically have surface friends.... many wealthy people get used and often can end up very lonely. It's always a tradeoff - so when you get jealous of someone - you have to look at EVERYTHING.... when you "want to trade places" - make sure you know all the bad things too...... Just remember - no life is perfect - somone can see to have it all but have a cheating husband or end up with a death of a child..... so.... be thankful for the life you have..

jealousy is insecurity. think about why you are feeling insecure. do you need to talk to your friend to get a better understanding of what they think and where you stand? Come to the talk when you are feeling strong in yourself and thinking clearly.

when you accept that you cannot determine another persons life or emotions you'll realise that you have to go with the flow - funny thing is that when this happens your partner will want reassurance from you due to your new found self assurance
